Winnie (Fredricks) Flatt

Jefferson Twp:  Winnie Flatt passed away peacefully on November 17, 2020 at her home, with family at her side.  She was 85 years of age.

Winnie was born and raised in Rockaway Township and has spent her entire life in the Lake Hopatcong section of Jefferson Township.

Mrs. Flatt worked for Hewlett Packard of Rockaway as an Assembler.

She was a longtime member of the Lakeland Senior Citizens Club of Jefferson and enjoyed traveling with the group.  She also belonged to her regular Card Club and played almost every Friday.

She is predeceased by her parents David Fredericks and Evelyn (nee Smith).

Winnie is survived by her beloved husband of 67 years, Harvey Flatt.

Three dear sons:

Harvey D. Flatt and his wife Deborah of Forked River, NJ.

Jerry Flatt and his wife Peggy of Mine Hill.

Tom Flatt and his wife Cathy of Lake Shawnee.

Six Loving Grandchildren:

Christopher Flatt, Todd Flatt and wife Shiuna, Danielle DeNoia, Amie Schneider and her husband Trevor, Stephanie Child and her husband Erik & Jessica Salle.

Also survived by Six Cherished Great Grandchildren:

Andrew Flatt, Caralyn Flatt, Alyssa Flatt, Javon Jones, Tyler Jones & Benjamin Schneider.

Visitation will be held 2-4pm on Saturday, November 21, 2020 at the Bermingham Funeral Home, 216 S. Main St., Wharton.

A private interment will be held at a later date.
