Bill lived his life being the life of the party.   When Bill was at a party, he carried the nickname “Flapper” which was given to him by childhood friends because he was always talking!   Billy had a humorous nature, but he also had a great big heart of gold, always trying to give food or clothing to people who he thought were in need or mowing the lawn of a neighbor or friend when needed, just to help.

His family invites all who knew Bill, “Flapper,” to attend the service officiated by Pastor Phil Karasiewicz and to celebrate his life with on Saturday September 6th at the American Legion Post 278, 119 Route 183, Stanhope NJ at 1pm, repast to immediately follow on location.

Rest gently, Bill ( Flapper) You will be dearly missed and remembered always
