William A. Maher

Bill passed away January 24th, 2023 at Morristown Medical Center after a short illness. He was 84 years young.

Bill was born in Dover, NJ and still resided there at the time of his passing.

Bill served in the United States Air Force from 1957 through 1961. He was a decorated Veteran.

Bill was survived by his stepdaughter Daun (née Vanderhoof) from Lansing, Il.  He was preceded in death by his wife of 45 years Doris (née Vanderhoof), stepson Edward M. Vanderhoof Jr., as well as both of his parents and several siblings.

Bill was in his element when he was surrounded by his many friends.  He was a true friend to everyone.

Bill's life will be celebrated at a later time.
