William C. Floether

Dover:  William C. Floether passed away peacefully on Thursday, March 7, 2024 at his home.  He was 70 years of age.

Bill was born in Dover and has been a lifelong resident. He attended County College of Morris and also Paterson State University.

Mr. Floether was a supervisor for Regional Auditing for Wells Fargo Bank for many years, retiring in 2106.

He was an avid sports fan, especially his favorite team the Yankees.  He also enjoyed taking trips to the casinos.

Predeceased by his parents, Carl Floether and Helen (née Kirk) as well as his twin brother Carl, Jr.

Survived by his 2 first cousins; Robert Floether and his wife Christine and Herbie Kirk.  Also survived by many second cousins.

He will be sorely missed by his good friends Barry and Rosita Fitzpatrick.

Visitation will be held 10-12 Noon on Monday March 11, 2024 at the Bermingham Funeral Home, 216 S. Main St., Wharton followed by a Noon funeral service at the funeral home.

Interment will be private.
