Veronica Elizabeth Jonas Yermal

Veronica was called to meet her Lord and Savior on February 27, 2021 at the age of 88 due to complications of Covid 19. She passed peacefully while her devoted family attended Mass in the hospital chapel. It was a fitting conclusion to a life spent honoring God. She was born March 25, 1932 in Dover NJ and was predeceased by her husband Anthony in 2011. Also predeceased by her parents Frank and Veronica, sisters Margaret and Mary, and brother William. No doubt, there was a joyous reunion for all of them in heaven.

Veronica is survived by son Anthony, his children Russell, Veronica and Velarie; son Michael, wife Kathy and their children Kristen, Amy and Emily; son Paul, wife Ester and their children Ramon, Elizabeth and Aryssa; son William; daughter Mary and daughter Teresa, husband Ronald and their children Hannah, Phoebe, Maximillian and Aliza and numerous great-grandchildren.

As if devoting her life to raising her six children was not enough, she cherished the time spent guiding and caring for her grandchildren as they grew. Although she had small feet, she left giant footprints for all to follow. Her presence on this earth will be solely missed by all who knew her but we are so very grateful for having had her in our lives. God Bless you Mom!

All services were private.  A funeral mass was held at St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Church of Flanders and she was laid to rest in St. Mary's Cemetery, Mine Hill, NJ.
