Thomas J. Sherwood

Wharton:  Thomas J. Sherwood passed away suddenly at St. Clare’s Hospital/Dover General.  He was 62 years of age.

Thomas was born to the late Robert J. Sherwood and Margaret (née Glennon) and lived most of his life in Wharton.

Mr. Sherwood was a Line Supervisor at KDI Triangle Electronics of Whippany for over 30 years.

He was a member of St. Mary’s Church of Wharton and was a car enthusiast.

Survived by his loving wife, Beverly (née Smith).

Two Beloved Children:  Bonnie Sherwood & Robert and his wife Joelle.

12 dear Grandchildren, 5 cherished nieces and 2 nephews.

Also survived by his 7 valued siblings:

Patrick and wife Karen.

Anne Sherwood.

Michael and his wife Kim.

Mary Ellen Vanderbilt and husband Terry.

Daniel.

Matthew.

Theresa Schantz and husband John.

A memorial visitation will be held 3-5:30pm on Saturday, July 17, 2021 at the Bermingham Funeral Home, 216 S. Main St., Wharton.

A funeral service will be held 5:30pm at the funeral home after the visitation.

Interment will be private.
