Susan Alencewicz

Wharton:  Susan Alencewicz, 61, peacefully passed away on September 7, 2019.

Born in Denville, she was a resident of Wharton for 26 years. She graduated from Parsippany Hills High School in 1976 and received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree at Widener University in Chester, PA. She was an ICU nurse at Morristown Medical Center for 30 years retiring in 2015.

She was the beloved daughter of Helen and the late Charles Alencewicz and is survived by her brothers Robert, Edward and Charles Jr. and 7 nieces and nephews.

She loved traveling, reading, baking, and was proficient in counted cross stitch.

No services are scheduled at this time. Cremation is under the direction of Bermingham Funeral Home, Wharton with interment at Pequest Union Cemetery in Great Meadows, NJ.

At the request of the family, donations can be made in her memory to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, Memphis, TN.
