Sherry (Jarvis) Faust

Rockaway Twp.:    With heavy hearts, we announce the passing of Sherry Faust, who peacefully passed away on June 1, 2026, at the age of 67, surrounded by loved ones. She had a heart of gold and was loved by everyone who knew her. Always selfless and caring, she would do anything for anyone, and her kindness left a lasting impact on all whose lives she touched.

Born in Wichita, Kansas, Sherry later moved to Flanders, New Jersey, where she met her future husband, Willy, at the age of 19, beginning a beautiful partnership that would span 45 years and be filled with love, devotion, and countless cherished memories. They had unconditional love and were inseparable. Together, Sherry and Willy built Central Comfort, an HVAC company where they worked side by side throughout the years, sharing not only a successful business but also a deep commitment to one another until the very end.

Her sons were the love of her life, and she found her greatest joy in being a devoted mother and, later, a proud grandmother. She treasured every moment spent with her family, celebrating their accomplishments and creating memories that will be cherished forever.

She was an avid sports fan spending Sundays watching the Dallas Cowboys and NASCAR to every Knicks and Rangers game. She loved spending time at the lighthouse watching sunsets and crafting in the cottage. Those peaceful moments reflected her appreciation for life's simple joys and the beauty she found in the world around her.

Sherry is survived by her loving husband, Willy Faust; her sons, Chris Faust (Krista Faust) and Taylor Faust; her beloved grandchildren, Brayden and Bryce; her brother, Brad Jarvis; and many other cherished relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her loving mother, Doris Jarvis, and her devoted father, Ken Jarvis.

Private arrangements are being held by the family.

Interment will be private.

Though our hearts are saddened by this loss, we are grateful for the years, memories, laughter, and love we shared. Sherry will be deeply missed, forever loved, and always remembered.
