Sean Michael McGowan

 Rockaway Twp.:   Sean Michael McGowan passed away suddenly on Saturday June 14, 2025 at his home in Rockaway Twp.  He was 54 years of age.

Sean was born in Denville to the late Charles and Dorothy McGowan, and lived most of his life in Rockaway Twp.

He worked as a Mechanic for many years.  Sean was a hard worker that was always willing to lend a helping hand to anyone.  He was a reliable honest friend to his family and friends.

He was predeceased by his parents Charles and Dorothy and brother Robert "Bob" Mcgowan.

He is survived by his two loving daughters Alexis and Hailey McGowan and step-sons David and Adam McLagan.

Visitation will be held 4-7pm on Thursday June 19, at the Bermingham Funeral Home, 216 S. Main St., Wharton.  A Funeral Service will be held 10am on Friday at the Funeral Home.  Interment will follow at George Washington Cemetery in Paramus.
