The world lost a shining light on January 25, 2026, with the passing of Rodulfo Correa of Dover, New Jersey. Rodulfo, born on July 16, 1946, was a beloved member of his community and touched the lives of many through his kindness and passion for music.
Rodulfo was predeceased by his wife, Margarita Correa and a devoted father to his nine children, Margarita Carmona, Rudy Correa, Ester Yermal, Diane Acevedo, Derlin Acevedo, Ida Meza, Edwin Acevedo, Hector Acevedo, and Henry Acevedo. He was also a proud grandfather to twenty grandchildren.
Music was Rodulfo's true passion, and he shared his talent with his church community, playing music during services and bringing joy to all who listened. He was dedicated to his craft and poured his heart and soul into every note he played.
Aside from his musical talents, Rodulfo enjoyed spending time with his family and pursuing his hobbies, particularly his love for music. His presence will be deeply missed by all who knew him, but his legacy will live on through the memories he created and the lives he touched.
Rest in peace, Rodulfo Correa. Your music will continue to inspire and uplift us all.
Visitation will be held from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM on Wednesday, February 4, 2026 at the Bermingham Funeral Home, 216 S. Main St., Wharton.
A funeral mass will be held 10am on Thursday, February 5, 2026 at Sacred Heart Church, 4 Richards Ave., Dover, NJ 07801.
Entombment will follow at Locust Hill Mausoleum, Dover.
