Roberto Sollazzo

Rockaway: Roberto Sollazzo passed away on August 1, 2021 surrounded by his family. He was 62 years old.

Roberto was born to the late Gaetano and Maria Sollazzo (née Cavallo) in Napoli, Italia. In 1996, he immigrated to the United States and lived in Rockaway for the remainder of his life.

Roberto was a pastry chef and a baker.

The thing he enjoyed more than anything in life was to spend time with his family especially his two grandchildren, Kristian and Luka.

Predeceased by his loving sister Rosetta.

He is survived by his wife Anna Sollazzo, his children Gaetano, Maria, Andrea, Estuardo and two grandchildren Kristian and Luka. Also survived by his sister Emilia Sollazzo and many nieces and nephews.

A mass will be held in his memory at 9:30am on Saturday, August 7th at Sacred Heart Church in Dover, NJ.
