Ralph D. Archangel Sr.

Jefferson Twp:   Ralph D. Archangel Sr. passed away on October 5, 2022 at St. Clare’s Hospital in Dover.  He was 91 years of age.

Ralph was born and raised in Morristown and lived in the Kenvil section of Roxbury Twp. for most of his life.  He was an U.S.  Veteran,  serving as a Marine during the Korean War.  He worked as Manager at Foodtown in Wharton for many years.  He was a member of the VFW in Kenvil.

He was predeceased by his wife MaryAnn Archangel in 2020.

 He is survived by: 

5 Children:  Ralph, Jr. and wife Beth.

Valerie Egan and husband Andrew.

Kathy Merchant and husband Rick.

Donna Nimmo and husband Michael.

Michael.

11 Grandchildren:  Amanda, Kimberly, Donna, Brittany, Brandon, Briana, Michael, Ashley, Emily, Joseph & Katelin.

Also survived by 13 Great Grandchildren:  Paige, Ethan, Clint, Corey, Makenzie, Shannon, Kaitlin, Addison, Zachary, Jack, Scarlett, Vincent & Leo.

Visitation will be held 3-6pm on Monday October 10, at the Bermingham Funeral Home, 216 S. Main St., Wharton.

A Funeral Mass will be held 10am on Tuesday at Our Lady Star of the Sea Church, 204 Espanong Rd., Lake Hopatcong, NJ 07849.

Entombment will follow at Gate of Heaven Mausoleum, E. Hanover, NJ.
