Nora E. Rougier

Dover:  Nora E. Rougier passed away at St. Clare’s Hospital/Dover General on Wednesday, February 5, 2020.  She was 94 years of age.

Nora was born in Grenada and moved to Trinidad as a young girl.  She came to the USA in 1977, settling in Dover.

Mrs. Rougier worked at Greystone Psychiatric Hospital in the Dietary department.  She also worked for Visiting Nurse Association as a caretaker and she retired from the Morris County Nutrition Center in Dover.

Nora loved to play Bingo and enjoyed her trips to Atlantic City casinos.

Predeceased by her husband Henry James Rougier, her son, Edwin in 2014 and her sister Pamela.

Survived by her four children:  Sybil, Barbara, Milton & Brian.

Five grandchildren:  Ancille, Sherwin, Trevor, Geneva & Susie.

Six great grandchildren:  Paul, Shaun, Malcolm, Kyle, Deidre & Marley.

A memorial visitation will be held 2-4pm on Sunday, February 9, 2020 at the Bermingham Funeral Home, 216 S. Main St., Wharton.

Services will be private.
