Navina (Calvarese) DiLorenzo

Wharton:  Navina DiLorenzo passed away on Sunday, February 28, 2021 at St. Clare’s Hospital/Denville.  She was 89 years of age.

Navina was born in Campli, Italy and settled in Ardmore, PA.  She lived in Boonton and moved to Wharton in 1975.

Mrs. DiLorenzo was a homemaker.

She attended St. Mary’s Church, Wharton.  She enjoyed cooking for her family and spending time with her grandchildren.  Navina especially loved her many trips to Italy.

Predeceased by her father,  Annibale Calvarese and her mother Agata Cellini as well as her brother Carmine Calvarese.

She is survived by her loving husband of 65 years;  Paul DiLorenzo.

Four dear children and their spouses:

Florenza DiLorenzo and husband Massimo Lori.

Roberto DiLorenzo and wife Gabriella.

Liliana DiLorenzo and husband Domenico DiLuigi.

Adriana Kleinschmidt and husband Andrew.

Also survived by her seven grandchildren and her brother Fernando DiLorenzo.

A funeral mass will be held 10am on Monday, March 8, 2021 at St. Mary’s Church, Wharton.

Interment will follow at St. Mary’s Cemetery, Boonton.
