Nancy Elizabeth (Flatt) Collins

Nancy Collins, 88, of Landing, N.J., passed away peacefully on Thursday, May 21, 2020 at Merry Heart Nursing Home.

Born in Lake Hopatcong, Nancy lived most of her life in the Berkshire Valley, Wharton area. She worked at Thatcher Glass for 20 years and spent the rest of her career as Intake Coordinator with the Morris County Courthouse until retiring at age 83.

As the matriarch of her family, Nancy is survived by her son, John Dale, and his family, by her daughter, Nancy Terwillegar, and her son, by her sisters Josephine Sanford and Ellen Trevena, and by her grandchildren and great grandchildren from her daughters Debra Benward and Donna Quinby.

Nancy is now reunited with her daughters, Debra and Donna, her parents, George and Catherine Flatt, and her four brothers, Joseph, George Jr., Charles, and William.

She will forever be in the hearts of her friends and family whose lives she touched.
