Nada (Aboulhosn) Koch

Nada Aboulhosn Koch, 53 of Green Township, NJ passed away on May 24, 2023 surrounded by loved ones, after a difficult battle with melanoma.

Nada was born on March 6, 1970 to Samir and Alleta Aboulhosn in Bluefield, West Virginia. After Nada graduated from Lenape Valley Regional High School she achieved a Bachelor’s degree from Montclair University in New Jersey and a Masters In Business from William Paterson in New Jersey. She went on to work for over 20 years with her father at Severna Operations in Parsippany, New Jersey.

In 2013, she wed the love of her life, Phillip Koch. Together they built an active and loving life.

Nada was predeceased by her maternal and paternal grandparents. She is survived by her husband Phil, her parents Alleta and Samir Aboulhosn, her sister Dalal Aboulhosn (married to Mykel Bybee) and many nephews, nieces and cousins. 

Nada  loved her Jeep, music, DIY house projects, and biking/kayaking with Phil. She had an affinity for sloths, owls, and travel mugs/tumblers, She was full of creativity and imagination. But most of all, she was passionate about her family and friends.  She often indulged her niece Maysa Bybee; nephew, Samir Bybee; and godson, Joey Costa with gifts, her time and love. She was a generous and dedicated individual who loved fiercely and was loyal to all around her.

Services will be held at the Lafayette House in Lafayette, New Jersey on June 3, 2023 at 12:00pm. All are welcome to join family and friends in a celebration of life followed by a lunch at the Lafayette House. Interment will be held privately. Please no flowers.
