Margaret "Peg" (Schubert) Zaycer

Dover:  Margaret “Peg” Zaycer passed away at St. Clare’s Hospital/Dover General on Tuesday, March 23, 2021.  She was 89 years of age.

Peg was born in Dover and was a lifelong resident.

Mrs. Zaycer worked as an administrator at St. Clare’s Hospital/Denville for the Mental Health department for over 25 years.

She was a member of Sacred Heart Church, Dover and enjoyed her role as mother, grandmother and great grandmother.

Predeceased by her husband Andrew in 2015 and her son William in 2020.

Survived by:

Three Children: Andrea Rafferty and husband William of Port Murray, NJ.

                          Alyson Zaycer of Phillipsburg, NJ.

                          David Zaycer and wife Tina of Wharton.

Eight Grandchildren: Amanda, Nicole, Andrew, Alexandra, Michael, Samantha, Julia & Taylor.

Four Great Grandchildren: Noah, Braeden, Abigail & Wyatt as well as many nieces and nephews.

Also survived by her sister, Barbara Matyola and Brother-In-Law, Joseph Zaycer.

Visitation will be held 4-7pm on Friday, March 26, 2021 at the Bermingham Funeral Home, 216 S. Main St., Wharton.

A funeral mass will be held 11am on Saturday at Sacred Heart Church, 4 Richards Ave., Dover.
