Lynne Ann Buckley

Long Valley:  Lynne Ann Buckley who resided in Long Valley passed away on Wednesday, June 29, 2022 at St. Barnabas Hospital in Livingston at age 79.

Lynne was born on October 16, 1942 in Newark, New Jersey to William and Gertrude Buckley.  Lynne attended Dover High School and later worked at Employment Horizons for 10 years before attending the Arc/Morris’s day programs in Dover and Flanders.  Lynne was a participant in the Morris County Adaptive Recreational Program (McARP) where she shared many good times with friends.  She will be remembered for her spunky spirit and wonderful smile. 

Lynne is survived by her dear sister, Diane Pilewski, of Merritt Island, Florida and her nephew Sean Buckley and wife Lynda of Hopatcong. She is predeceased by her parents and her brother, William.

Lynne will be dearly missed be her family, her housemates George, Jeanette, Madeline, Margaret and Joseph, her many friends and caregivers.

Visitation will be held 5-7pm on Wednesday July 6, at the Bermingham Funeral Home, 216 S. Main St., Wharton.  A Funeral Service will be held 7pm on Wednesday at the Funeral Home.  Interment will take place at Arlington National Cemetery with her parents.
