Joseph Moran Justus

Budd Lake:  On Friday, May 29th 2020, Joseph Moran Justus loving son, grandson, brother, nephew, cousin, and father passed away at the age of 30.

JJ was born on October 9th, 1989 in Denville NJ. Family was the most important thing to JJ. He touched all with his generosity, love, his infectious smile, and his kind compassionate spirit. As long as we live JJ too will live for he is a part of us and will live in our hearts forever. 

JJ is reunited with his poppy Harry Moran Short ll, Grandfather William Justus, his aunt Cindy K. Short, and baby cousins that he is embracing in his arms.

JJ is survived by his mother Tracy L. Rodriguez, his nana Patricia S. Short, his daughter Isabella Justus, his brother Anthony M. Rodriguez and his fiancé Da’Monique M. Garza, his sisters Gabriella C. Reyes and Sofia B. Reyes, his aunts Pamela and her husband Kevin Dumoulin, Dana L. Short and her husband Vincent D’Auria, his cousins Shannon S. Long and her children Alexia, Delila, and Bronson, Amanda and her husband John Kowalski and Jennifer; his father Joseph A. Justus, and his grandmother Susan Justus, his aunt Sharon, his uncle Scott and his fiancée Shannon Brennon and his cousin Scottie, his step fathers Nelson Rodriguez, and Maguiver Reyes, the Rodriguez family, his beloved dog Babbie, and many friends and family too numerous to list but not forgotten. 

A private visitation will be held on Wednesday, June 3, 2020.  A graveside burial of the cremains will be held 11am on Thursday, June 4, 2020 at Locust Hill Cemetery, 168 N. Sussex Street, Dover, NJ.
