Joseph Earl Bumbrey, Jr.

It is with profound love and sadness that we announce the passing of Joseph Earl Bumbrey, Jr., who went home to be with the Lord on September 28, 2025, at the age of 63.
Joseph was a devoted husband to Alice Bumbrey, a loving father to Jassmin Bumbrey-DeCastro, and a caring stepfather to Shawn Davis. He was the cherished son of the late Elizabeth “Betty” Bumbrey and Joseph Earl Bumbrey, Sr., and a beloved brother to Eric Bumbrey, Patrice Bumbrey, and Nakova Bumbrey Ward. He leaves behind eight treasured grandchildren, aunts,uncles, and a host of in-laws, nieces, nephews, and dear friends who will forever remember his kindness and spirit.
Joseph proudly joined the United States Army at a young age, demonstrating courage and dedication to his country. He was a gifted artist, known for his incredible talent in drawing, and often shared his creativity with those around him. His sense of humor, gentle wisdom, and generous heart touched every life he encountered.
A memorial service to celebrate Joseph’s life will be held on:
