John C. Koroly

Rockaway Township:  John C. Koroly passed away unexpectedly at home on the 5th of May, 2024.  He was 64 years of age.

John was born in Dover and was a lifelong resident of the Mt. Hope section of Rockaway Township.

Mr. Koroly was a letter carrier for the Rockaway US Postal Service, retiring in 2015 after 30 years of service.

John enjoyed making his rounds at The American Legion Post #344 where he was a Son of the American Legion member.  His other hangout was The Knotty Pine in Wharton.

Predeceased by his son Ryan J. and his brothers; Thomas, Richie & Michael.

Survived by his wife, Terry of 38 years.

Son:  Nick.

Step-Son: Guy Raffa.

Four Grandchildren:  Vanessa, Adrianna, Dakota & Aubrey.

Two Nephews:  Michael Koroly & Chris Koroly.

Nieces: Krystal Koroly, Korina Hand & Lindsay Hand.

Great nieces: Kayla Koroly & Kristen Koroly,

Mother-In-Law:  Ann Carper.

Also survived by his Sister-In-Laws; Margaret Hand & Julie Carper.

A private graveside service will be held by the family.

A time of remembrance and a gathering will be announced at a later date on the Bermingham Funeral Home website.
