Jeanne C. Rondeau

It is with great sadness that the family of Jeanne C Rondeau announce her passing at the age of 76 on August 4, 2024.

Jeanne was the daughter of the late Norman and Dorothy Craemer. Jeanne leaves behind: husband Raymond C Rondeau, son Raymond Paul and wife Michelle Rondeau, step grandchildren Jeffrey Gray, Victoria Gray Daniel. sister Carol Rondeau Miller and husband David Miller, nephews Brett and Thomas Skeels and close friends Connie Marchese Baum, Greta Melofchik and Donna Esposito.

Jeanne grew up in Livingston, NJ spending her summers in Jefferson Township on Lake Hopatcong. She graduated from Livingston High School where she was an honor student, captain of the twirling squad, participated in field hockey and was a member of the scenery crew for school plays. She went on to attend Montclair State College where she graduated with a fine arts degree in 1970. After college she worked as an art teacher in Lake Hopatcong for a short time, leaving to raise her son. She later had a successful career as a home appraiser working for Brookside Appraisal.

Jeanne was an accomplished artist, she made many decorations for her son's classmates while serving as a room-mother. She delighted family and friends with drawings, paintings and watercolor cards for all occasions. She loved her garden, feeding the birds, and decorating.

As per Jeanne’s request, no funeral or memorial service will be held.
