Helen (Tczap) Katsafouros

Helen Katsafouros, age 90, suffered with several illnesses when the lord called her home on October 11, 2020.  She was born in Singac, New Jersey to Andrew and Anna Tczap.   She graduated from Passaic Valley High School and entered the workforce where she met her husband, James.  Helen was a homemaker who loved to cook, play tennis, travel, and was very involved with her church.

Helen is survived by her beloved husband of 69 years, James and her children Kathryn, George, and Lynn along with six grandchildren; her sister, Ann, and brothers, Andrew and John.

A funeral service will be held for Helen Katsafouros at 11:00 AM on Thursday, October 15, 2020 at Holy Trinity Orthodox Church, 120 Dover-Chester Road, Randolph, NJ 07869.   The interment will immediately follow at Locust Hill Cemetery, Dover, NJ.

In lieu of flowers, family suggests donations be made to Holy Trinity Orthodox Church, P.O. Box 630, Ironia, New Jersey 07845.
