Gladys (Gollon) Dann

Succasunna: Gladys Dann (née Gollon) passed away on Wednesday, November 5, 2025 at Merry Heart Assisted Living in Succasunna. She was 100 years of age.

Gladys was born in Scranton, PA.  She lived in Lincoln Park for 45 years before moving to Gold Key Lake, Milford, PA in 1988 and then to Wharton in late 2009.  She has lived in Succasunna for the past 10 years.

Mrs. Dann was a Dietitian Secretary for Riverside Hospital, Boonton for many years.

She was a member of Holy Trinity Lutheran Church in Dingmans Ferry, PA.

Predeceased by her husband James E. Dann, Sr. of 63 years in 2010 as well as her sister, Betty Rigler, her Granddaughter, Alanna Mitchell, daughter-in-law, Robin (Senatore) and Son-In-Law, Sean Carroll.

She leaves behind;

Son: James E. Dann, Jr. and his wife Jane of Mt. Arlington, NJ.

Daughter: Linda Carroll of Newton, NJ.

Four Grandchildren:

Renée Hansen, Adam Dann, Melenie Neglia & Brandon Mitchell.

Eight Great Grandchildren:

Quinn, Devynn, Jordynn, Paige, Kate, Jonathan (J.J.), Chelsea & Riley.

A private graveside service will be held at Laurel Grove Cemetery, Totowa, NJ.
