Giuseppe Losito

Roxbury Township:  Giuseppe Losito passed away suddenly on Monday, December 20, 2021 at St. Clare’s Hospital/Dover General.  He was 63 years young.

Giuseppe was born in Gioia Del Colle, Italy and came to the United States in 1978 settling in the Ledgewood section of Roxbury Township.

Mr. Losito was a waiter for the Mohawk House Restaurant in Sparta for the past 7 years.

He liked to visit New York City and Atlantic City.  He enjoyed riding his bicycle and watching Italian Soccer, especially the soccer club “Juventus”.

He loved to visit his home town of Gioia del Colle to see his family and friends and to enjoy good food, wine and the famous Mozzarella made there.

Predeceased by parents Angelo Losito and Filomena Pastore Losito.

Survived by his Fiancée, Angelina Braico of Ledgewood, NJ.

Three siblings:   Pasqua Losita, Rosa Calabrese and Vito Losito.

Children:  Angelo Losito, Filomena Losito & Joseph Losito.

Also survived by his brother-in-law, many cousins, nephews and nieces.

A memorial Mass will be held 11:30 am on Saturday January 29, 2022 at Our Lady of the Lake Church, 294 S. Sparta Ave, Sparta, NJ 07871.

In lieu of flowers, donations in Giuseppe’s memory to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital would be appreciated.
