Ellen (Kostuchik) Dunn

Roxbury Twp.- Ellen Dunn passed away peacefully at her home in Roxbury Township on Wednesday June 7, 2023.

Ellen was born in Dover, New Jersey. She attended Roxbury school and earned her associates degree from County College of Morris.

Ellen entered the work force as an administrative assistant for the Exxon Corporation. She transitioned to pharmaceuticals and ended her career working for Novartis Corporation as a Clinical Trial Manager for the first in man, clinical trial studies in Oncology. This position allowed her to travel extensively to various locations in the United States, as well as Switzerland, England, Canada and Belgium.

Ellen and her husband Jim would have celebrated 40 years of marriage in one month on July 4th.

Ellen was a loving mother, who leaves behind her three precious sons, Matthew (wife Abby), Jeffrey (wife Juanita) and Noah, and her grandchildren; Kayla & Jonas.  Her father Pete & mother Martha Kostuchik predeceased her.  Ellen is survived by her brother Jake(Rosemary) and sister Marlene (Alex).

Ellen enjoyed painting and was an accomplished artist. She enjoyed cooking, gardening, travel and especially loved the Jersey shore. Ellen was a lover of music and her German Shepherds.  Name a band from the 70s and she has probably seen them in concert.

Ellen will be greatly missed by her family and friends.  A wonderful woman, wife and mother taken too soon.

Visitation will be held 4-6pm on Tuesday June 13 at the Bermingham Funeral Home, 216 S. Main St., Wharton.  A Funeral Service will be held at 6pm at the Funeral Home.  Interment will be private.
