Dolores Marie (Zurine) Lecomte

Hopatcong:  Dolores Marie (Zurine)Lecomte passed away in her Hopatcong, NJ home on July 28th  at the age of 80 after a courageous battle with cancer.  Dee, as her family and friends knew her was a wonderful mother, grandmother, sister, aunt and friend. 

Dee spent the majority of her life as a very talented seamstress.

Dee was preceded in death by her parents Mary and Joseph Zurine, Her Loving husband of 50 years Gerard Lecomte, and her brothers Joseph Zurine and Daniel Zurine and Daniel’s wife Brenda.

Dee leaves behind her sister Rita Zurine and Sister-in- law Sue Zurine.  Her son Gerard Lecomte II and his wife Judy, her daughter LaurieAnn Lecomte;  grand daughter Amy Schwartz and her grand dog Auggie.  She leaves behind many nieces and nephews along with their spouses and children.

She is forever in our hearts!

Visitation will be held 12 Noon to 2pm on Sunday, August 1, 2021 at the Bermingham Funeral Home, 216 S. Main St., Wharton.

A funeral mass will be held 10am on Monday at St. Mary’s Church, Wharton.

Interment will follow at Gate of Heaven Cemetery, E. Hanover, NJ.
