Diane G. (Geer) Egli

Mine Hill:  Diane G. Egli passed away peacefully on November 20, 2023 at Merry Heart Nursing Center, Succasunna.  She was 76 years of age.

Diane was born in Dover and lived in Newton and Jefferson Township and was in the first graduating class of Randolph High School.

Diane worked at East Dover Elementary School for 27 years, eventually becoming the secretary to the principal. She retired in 2008.

Diane loved to travel and visited Europe as well as Canada, plus made many trips throughout the United States. She was a life-long lover of animals and owned many pets during her lifetime.

Predeceased by her parents, Robert Geer and Isabelle (née MacDonald), her sister Roberta Palko, and her son-in-law, Kenneth Guerino in 2011.

Survived by her husband of 55 years, Edward J. Egli.

Daughter:  Lynette Guerino and her longtime boyfriend, Gregory Grant of Mine Hill.

Also survived by her niece, Jennifer Palko of California & her mother-in-law, Mary Ann Kurash of Boonton.

Visitation will be held 4-7pm on Friday, November 24th, 2023 at the Bermingham Funeral Home, 216 S. Main St., Wharton.

A private graveside service will be held Saturday at Locust Hill Cemetery.
