Lake Shawnee: Debra Przybylinski passed away on April 18, 2023 at her home following a long battle with cancer. She was 68 years old. The family is deeply saddened and shocked by her sudden death.
Debi is survived and missed by her loving husband of 45 years, Robert; along with her daughter, Kira Crinnian and her husband Edward and son, RJ and his wife Dawn. Forever cherished and remembered by her five grandchildren, Brandon, Julianne, Madelyn, Ella and Sierra. Sister Jayme MacDonald and niece Sheila Finnegan. Her memory will be cherished by her in-laws, extended family and many friends.
Debi was predeceased by her mother Margaret (Peggy) and her father Richard Hostomsky.
She was born in The Bronx and attended high school in Dumont, NJ. Shortly after marriage, her and Robert moved to the Lake Shawnee community of Jefferson Township where she was a fondly found fixture at First Beach.
Debra worked for many years as a medical bill collector at P.D.A.B. of Denville before retiring in 2015.
Some of her greatest joy came from being a Gigi and the time spent with her children and grandchildren. They created many memories while enjoying trips as a family. Visiting the Jersey Shore, Disney World and enjoying Caribbean cruises together. She spent many years volunteering within Lake Shawnee and attended many of their activities.
She enjoyed watching Hallmark Christmas movies all year round and was an avid Yankees fan.
Debra was never scared to face life’s challenges and did everything with an honest heart and bright smile. She had very strong values and was well liked by everyone, mostly due to her positive energy and wonderful sense of humor.
Her legacy will carry on forever reminding us that we control our attitudes. We choose to live a life of meaningful acts of love and service, like Christ modeled for us.
There are no words that can express how grateful and blessed we are to our time together.
