Jefferson Twp.: David S. Carman passed away on Thursday, September 16, 2021 at VNA Hospice in St. Clare’s Hospital/Dover General after a short battle with cancer. He was 50 years of age.
David was born in Denville and was a lifelong resident of the Lake Hopatcong section of Jefferson Township.
Mr. Carman worked for UPS of Budd Lake in the warehouse.
He played on the Softball team of McKenna’s Pub in Lake Hopatcong and enjoyed playing Darts and Billiards.
Predeceased by his niece, Tabitha Thompson and his nephew, Micky Thompson.
Survived by his parents; James C. Carman, Sr. and Eleanore E. Carman (née Burd).
Two sisters: Gloria Ruggieri and her husband Bill.
Jamie Maulk and her husband Jay.
Brother: James “JC” Carman, Jr.
Niece: Darian Maulk.
Two Nephews: John Maulk, IV and Joey Thompson.
Also survived by two grandnieces and two grandnephews.
Visitation will be held 6-8pm on Monday, September 20, 2021 at the Bermingham Funeral Home, 216 S. Main St., Wharton with a time of sharing after.
