Bettie D. Barker

Mt. Arlington:  Bettie D. Barker, 86, passed away October 4 at her residence in Mt. Arlington, NJ.

She was born June 11, 1937 in Buncombe County, North Carolina.  Bettie graduated from Roxbury High School and was employed at her family-owned business, The Kenvil Novelty Shop.  She was predeceased by her parents Isabelle Barker (née Emigh) and Raymond Barker.

Her pet dogs were her passion in life.  She will be missed by her friends and those who cared for her at Mt. Arlington Senior Living.

Visitation will be held 10am to 12 Noon on Monday, October 9, 2023 at the Bermingham Funeral Home, 216 S. Main St., Wharton followed by a Noon funeral service at the funeral home.

Interment will follow at Stanhope Union Cemetery, Stanhope, NJ.
