Mt. Olive Township: In loving memory of Bert Mittelstadt who passed away, surrounded by his family, on January 6, 2025 after succumbing to a long illness.
Bert was the devoted husband of Faith (Bergenback) Mittelstadt for over 51 years. He was the loving father to Brad Mittelstadt & his wife Kerry, and Paul Egbert & his wife Christina. He was the adoring grandfather to Samantha & Alyssa Egbert. He is also survived by his brothers, Wayne Mittelstadt and his wife Suzi & Gregg Mittelstadt and his wife Sandy. He will be missed by many cousins, nieces, grandnieces and grandnephews as well.
He was predeceased by his parents Bert & Evelyn (Restaino) Mittelstadt and his brother Gary.
Bert was the proud owner of Bert Mittelstadt Landscaping. He and Faith owned Lake Silver Springs in Kenvil, NJ where they made many fond memories throughout the many years selling Christmas trees, catering parties, and enjoying good times with family and friends at their beach club. He will be deeply missed by all who knew him. He was a kind, caring and giving person and loved by many.
The celebration of life service will be held at Ledgewood Baptist Church, 233 Main Street, Ledgewood, NJ 07852 on January 18, 2025 at 11:00am.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Ledgewood Baptist Church.
Dad, You will always be in our hearts and we will never forget you. We love you so much. Rest in peace.
