Audrey E. (Flatt) Morgan

Wharton: Audrey E. Morgan passed away on November 16, 2022 at Complete Care at Barn Hill, Newton. She was 96 years of age.

Audrey was born in Morristown and raised in Wharton and lived in the Bowlbyville section of Rockaway and in Lake Hopatcong, years ago.

Mrs. Morgan was a bottle inspector for Thatcher Glass of Wharton, retiring in 1985.

She was a member of the Wharton Senior Citizens and a lifelong member of the First Presbyterian Church of Berkshire Valley. She enjoyed singing in the choir, making pasties at the Luxembourg Church and was an avid crocheter.

Predeceased by her parents, Manning Flatt, Sr and Arminne née Bates, her husband,  Leonard Morgan, her daughters Dale Waldron and Carol Wulffers as well as her brothers, Manning, Jr., and Richard.

Survived by her son, Dennis Morgan ( Barbara), 5 grandchildren, great and great great grandchildren. Also survived by her sisters, Mary Truscott and Sarah Garrison along with many nieces, nephews and friends from Centennial Court in Wharton.

A memorial service will be held at 2pm on Sunday, November 27, 2022 at the First Presbyterian Church of Berkshire Valley, 635 Berkshire Valley Road, Wharton, NJ 07885.
