Alice Leeper Lopata passed away on January 13, 2021 after a long illness at Troy Hill Center, Parsippany. She was 93.
She was born in Kinnelon and lived most of her life in Whippany before settling in Lake Shawnee with Judy 14 years ago.
Alice was the most loving mother and grandmother, a homemaker at heart.
She was a Member of O.L.M church, the Hanover NJ seniors, and the Polish American Club.
Alice always enjoyed her time with her grand and great children.
She was an avid bingo player and loved taking trips with the Seniors.
Predeceased by her husband Raymond J. in 1997, her son Raymond D. in 2005 , her grandson Jesse in 2016 and her son-n-law Arthur R. in 2001.
Survived by her three Daughters:
Judy DelVescovo.
Audrey (Mark) Tashjian.
Theresa (John) Clark.
Also survived by 7 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Alice’s memory to Saint Judes Research Hospital.
Services were held privately and Alice was laid to rest with her husband, Raymond in St. Mary’s Cemetery, Whippany.
