Marion (Novak) DeMayo

Jefferson Twp:  Marion DeMayo passed away suddenly on Friday, March 22, 2019 at 81 years of age.

Born in Dover, she lived in Wharton before moving to the Lake Hopatcong section of Jefferson Township over 50 years ago where she raised a family and remained until she passed.

Marion was loved for her quick wit, amazing sense of humor and ability to make new acquaintances feel like a part of her family.  She enjoyed the casino life and spending time with family and friends in Atlantic City, but her greatest enjoyment was being a part of everyone's lives.  She also enjoyed working at Dover Accounting in Dover for many years.

Marion sadly suffered the loss of her son Marc Lewis in 2012.

She is survived by her son, Scott Lewis and his wife Deidre of Newton.

Beloved granddaughter: Kailey Lewis of Salt Lake City, Utah.

Sister: Lillian Miller and her husband Donald of Lake Hopatcong.

Brother: Michael Novak and his wife Lucy also of Lake Hopatcong.

Services will be private.
