Joseph Palazzi Obituary
Mt. Arlington: Joseph G. Palazzi passed away peacefully on November 5, 2018 at Compassionate Care Hospice at St. Clare’s Hospital in Dover. He was 89 years of age.
Joe was born in Newark and raised in Dover. He lived the past 55 years in Mt. Arlington. He was a U.S. Army Veteran serving during the Korean War. He owned and operated J. Palazzi Trucking for many years.
He was predeceased by his wife Shirley Palazzi in 2009 and sister Lucille Palazzi.
He is survived by his son Paul Palazzi, daughter Chrisanne Manz and her husband Garry, grandson Joseph G. Palazzi , granddaughter Julia Nicole Manz, 2 nephews; David Peterson and Peter Mason and niece Pamela Mason.
Visitation will be held 5-8pm on Friday November 9, at the Bermingham Funeral Home, 216 S. Main St., Wharton. A Funeral Service will be held 9am on Saturday at the Funeral Home. Interment will follow at St. Mary’s Cemetery in Mine Hill.
In lieu of flowers, donations made in Joseph’s memory, to The Compassion Care Hospice Foundation, Inc., 350 Sparta Ave, Building B, Suite 2, Sparta NJ 07871 would be appreciated.
