Daryl D. Frank

Mine Hill:  Daryl D. Frank passed away on Thursday, September 6, 2018 at St. Clare’s Hospital/Dover General.  He was 95 years of age.

Daryl was born in Rutherford, NJ and lived in Roxbury for many years before moving to Mine Hill 58 years ago.

He was a WWII Army Air Force Veteran.  He enjoyed bowling and was active in a bowling league up to this year with an average of 153.  Daryl was also a member of the Dover Elks Lodge.

Mr. Frank was a truck driver for Whitten Transfer for many years before starting Randall Avenue Garage of Mine Hill in 1968 and he retired from Laidlaw Bus Company at the age of 88.

Predeceased by his wife June P. (nee Prisk) in 2011.

Survived by his Two Sons:

Daryl Ken Frank and his wife Sue of Branchville.

Gary Frank and his wife Susan of Mine Hill.

Also survived by Five Grandchildren:   Kimberly, Michael, Diane, Heather & Blace.

Visitation will be held 3-6pm on Saturday, September, 8th , 2018 at the Bermingham Funeral Home, 216 S. Main St., Wharton.  A funeral service will be held 6pm after the visitation, also at the funeral home.

Interment will be private.
