Andrew had the extraordinary gift of making everyone around him smile and laugh and he was kind and generous to all. He was self-motivated and had a solid work ethic.
The “secret” of Andrew’s joy and passion for life is that he loved Jesus. From that relationship came the heavenly warmth and lightness that radiates from true believers.

At his inmost core, Andrew was truthful, transparent, authentic and genuine. In his heart was no guile nor pretense.
Andrew was a Master of small graces, quietly doing whatever needed to be done and often going unnoticed by others, but always seen by God. He never turned down a request for help and often sacrificed of his time and energy to lighten the load for others without any expectation of return.
Andrew was always on the lookout for those poor “forgotten ones”, people that everyone else avoided or ignored, and always made them sure they were not forgotten by him.
