Joanne Kelly

Wharton: Joanne Kelly passed away on Monday, February 26, 2018 at St. Clare’s Hospital/Dover General. She was 62 years of age.

She was born in Dover and was a lifelong resident of Wharton.

Ms. Kelly was in the Accounts Payable department of Wire Cloth Manufacturers of Mine Hill.

Predeceased by Parents, James B and Margaret Joan Kelly, brother Jimmy M. Kelly, and brother-in-law Bob Florek.

Survived by her siblings:

Jeffrey and his wife Elizabeth of Landing.

Jean Florek of Wharton.

Jack and his wife Charlene of Dover.

Also survived by nieces and nephews Jamie, Lindsey, Ryan, Anderson, Lauren, Michael, Lisa Kelly and Robbie Reynolds. Grandnephews Skyler, Rylee, Aiden and grandniece Bella.

She will be greatly missed by the Broom Sisters ( Pat, Dee, Jean & Lauren ) and all who knew her and loved her. She will be remembered for her love of Halloween, going to Mount Airy to play the slots, garage sales, her love of Bette Midler, music trivia and animals, especially her beloved dogs.

Visitation will be held 1-4pm on Saturday, March 3, 2018 at the Bermingham Funeral Home, 216 S. Main St., Wharton.

A funeral service will be held 3:30pm after the visitation at the funeral home.

Interment will be private.
